Feed water is taken from the Persian Gulf through beach wells and a direct intake system, directed to sand filters, stored in a concrete tank, then pumped to anthracite filters, cartridge filters and SWRO units.

Direct intake system, beach wells, sand filters, filtered water pumping station and reservoir tank, anthracite filters, chemical dosing unit, cartridge filters, high pressure pumps, pressure vessels and membranes, permeate storage tank, CIP unit and PLC system.

Design and equipment by WTD (Italy). All other work carried out by NVCo.
